Our authenticity guarantee.
Five things we promise about every jar of Himaal Pure Shilajit — and what we do if any of them is not true.
The Himaal Pure authenticity guarantee, in one paragraph
Every jar of Himaal Pure Shilajit is single-source Nepalese, hand-harvested above 3,500 m, slow water-purified in Kathmandu, independently lab-tested per batch and sealed in tamper-evident packaging with full origin documentation. If a jar fails any one of those five commitments, we replace it — at our cost.
- Origin: single-source Nepalese Himalayas
- Altitude: hand-harvested above 3,500 m
- Purification: slow water-based, sun-finished
- Verification: independent third-party lab COA
- Packaging: tamper-evident jar, batch-stamped
- Documentation: COA, COO and invoice on request
Single-source Nepalese origin.
Every jar comes from one defined harvesting region in the Nepalese Himalayas. We do not blend material from other countries or regions, and we do not buy spot lots of unknown origin. If we cannot trace the Shilajit back to a known harvesting partner, it does not become product.
Hand-harvested above 3,500 m.
Authentic Himalayan Shilajit forms at high altitude. Our harvesters work above 3,500 m, seasonally and by hand. Lowland or industrially extracted material does not enter the pipeline regardless of price.
Slow water purification — no solvents.
Raw Shilajit contains rock dust, soil and plant matter that must be removed before consumption. We purify using the traditional Nepalese water-based protocol, never solvents. This preserves the natural fulvic and humic acid profile that the entire product depends on.
Independent third-party lab testing.
Every batch is sent to an independent laboratory for analysis on fulvic acid, humic acid, mineral profile and heavy metals. Only batches that pass become packaged product. The Certificate of Analysis is available on request for the specific batch you received.
Tamper-evident packaging + origin documentation.
Jars are sealed in our Kathmandu facility, batch-stamped, and shipped with the documentation an importer or a careful customer would expect: COA on request, Certificate of Origin for export, and the commercial invoice with HS code 1302.19 declared correctly.
- Tamper-evident glass jar (15 g / 30 g)
- Batch ID printed on label
- Protective outer box for transit
- Documentation pack ready for customs
Replacement promise.
If a jar arrives outside the promise — broken tamper seal, missing batch stamp, lab data that does not match the label — get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it at our cost, no negotiation. We would rather lose a single sale than a customer's trust.
