How to take Shilajit — short version
Use a clean spoon to lift a pea-sized portion of Shilajit resin (approximately 250–500 mg). Dissolve it in 150–200 ml of warm — not hot — water or warm milk. Drink it once daily, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach. Continue daily for at least 2–4 weeks to assess the effect.

What you'll need.

Lift a pea-sized portion
Using a clean, dry spoon, lift a pea-sized portion (~250–500 mg) of resin from the jar. Avoid using a wet spoon — moisture in the jar will degrade quality over time.
Dissolve in warm water or warm milk
Place the resin in 150–200 ml of warm — not boiling — water or warm milk (about 40–50°C). Stir for 30 seconds. The resin will dissolve into a dark, mineral-toned drink.
Drink in the morning, empty stomach
Drink the full glass once a day, ideally in the morning before food. The empty-stomach timing is traditional and is what most of our customers prefer.
Stay consistent for 2–4 weeks
Shilajit is not a stimulant. Most customers describe a gradual shift in energy, recovery or focus over 2–4 weeks of daily use. Skip-day patterns make it hard to assess.
Store the jar correctly
Close the lid tightly after each use and keep the jar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Authentic Shilajit resin is shelf-stable for years when stored properly.
